I'm an AI engineer and team lead at Nextoria in Dubai. I build products where language models do actual work for people.
Right now that means two things. I'm the main developer of markXpand, which plans, writes and launches ad campaigns. And I lead the team behind PurchoSmart, whose voice agents phone suppliers and negotiate quotations.
Before Dubai I spent over two years at Tata Consultancy Services building RAG chatbots over enterprise documents. I'm from Kannur, Kerala.

markXpand is an AI marketing platform. It turns a business goal into a campaign strategy, writes the ads and publishes them to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google. I'm its main developer, working in C# and .NET.
PurchoSmart is an AI procurement platform. It finds suppliers for a purchase request, then its voice agents call them, ask for quotations and negotiate the price. I'm the product owner and team lead; it runs on FastAPI, Next.js and Retell AI.
At Tata Consultancy Services I built enterprise RAG chatbots: document Q&A assistants built with GPT-4, LangChain and pgvector on Azure, including one for marine operations procedures.
